REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from SYLO. We want you to feel genuinely supported by what you buy from us, so this policy explains, simply and clearly, how refunds work.

This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through SYLO (Sort Your Life Out), operated by Rupak Parbhakar, trading as SYLO. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

OUR 14-DAY REFUND PROMISE

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase — for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself, and you do not need to prove that anything was wrong. If it is not right for you, we would rather give your money back.

This applies even if you have already started using the product. We have chosen to offer this more generous promise because we want you to be able to try what we have made without worry.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@sylocoach.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the name and email address used at the time of purchase, and your order number if you have it, so we can find your order quickly.

We will process your refund as promptly as we can. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR ACCESS

When a refund is issued, your access to the product ends. For products that use an access code, the code linked to your purchase will be deactivated, and the product will no longer be available to use on any device. This is a normal and fair part of refunding a digital product — the refund and the access are returned together.

AFTER THE 14 DAYS

After the 14-day window has passed, purchases are generally non-refundable, as our products are digital and are accessed immediately. However, we always want our customers to be happy. If you experience a genuine technical problem with a product, or something has gone wrong, please contact us at hello@sylocoach.com — we will do our best to put it right.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under applicable law, including UK consumer protection law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to do, you may have additional rights, and this policy does not limit them.
